The thyroid surgery is scheduled for the 8th of December and it will be a hockey stick shaped incision ending at the right ear because they found through the biopsy that it had spread to neighboring tissue. It isn’t fast growing and is treatable so that is a blessing. Once that surgery is done and healed he will have the surgery to remove the spot at the base of the brain.
